Delete Facebook Account Permanently, How to Close a Facebook Account

Bored of facebook & want to delete your account or deactivate it. Just follow the steps as: 

Deactivating FB Account-

• Log in to your account.
• Click on down arrow located at top left corner of your home screen.
• Go to
  Account settings>Security
• On bottom you will see a link "Deactivate your account". Click on this link.
• Your will now see a confirmation link that will ask you, "Are you sure you want to deactivate your account" & a reason for deactivation. Supplement any reason by checking any box provided & click on Confirm.
• You may opt out for receiving notifications via E-Mail.

Permanently Deleting FB Account-

• Visit Facebook account deletion page provided officially by FB.
• Login to your account you want to be deleted.
• You will be on confirmation page asking."Delete my account"
• Click on the link 'Delete my account'.
• Do not login for next 14 days.
• Your account will be deleted.

Be sure to download a copy of your data.
